Q1. When did you enter the Web Services Industry and where do you see your business going?
We entered the web service industry in the year 1998. We can see this is really going great. In fact, we believe this is going to be really big.

Q3. Is there any advice that you’d like to give others who are still learning the ropes in the Industry?
Staying focused and adopting a customer-first approach are the most important aspects for success in the Web Infra Business.

Q4.  You have been with ResellerClub since 2002. What do you think has changed over the years?
We find that there is a lot of product enhancement that has been done over the years. There is a greater emphasis on customer care and support. 

Q5. Could you tell us some interesting stories or anecdotes about your company? How has having ResellerClub as a partner helped your business?
We have been in the web hosting business since 1998. Due to USD pricing, we were looking out for partnering with an Indian company that is reliable. We did an in-depth analysis of all the options available in the market and we found ResellerClub to be the most suitable.

Q6: The recent COVID-19 pandemic has changed the ways businesses operate. Are you running your business remotely? If yes, how has your experience been thus far? What challenges have you faced and how have you overcome them?
Yes, the whole customer experience has moved online. Due to safety reasons, we have been coordinating with all our staff and clients remotely. We are grateful to all our clients and partners like ResellerClub who have been very supportive in these difficult times.  

Q7. Could you tell us what your most preferred product is from ResellerClub? Also, how has your experience been?  
The Domain Portfolio ResellerClub offers is great. We are really satisfied with it.

Q8. Tell us a little about doing business in India. What are the most unique aspects of the market?
The best part of doing business in India has been the sheer size of the market, India provides opportunities for all segments. Each segment has its own requirements and companies can specialize in serving each segment. You find some customers who are extremely sensitive to price and some customers who are ready to pay extra for the value-added services that we offer.
