.COM / .NET Connections not working

The Verisign registry has confirmed that they are experiencing an outage for ComNet proxy resulting in degraded performance.

Their Technical Operations team is investigating the issue and currently they do not have an estimated time for the resolution of these issues.

We have currently put the above mentioned TLDs on maintenance.

We would be updating the post once we receive further information from the Registry.

UPDATE (UTC/GMT: 09:10): We just received notification from the Registry that the Com/Net Production Environment is fully operational. We have removed it from maintenance status.

Resellers can now provision new orders.
