    No, the price of $1.99 will be applicable on all years at the time of purchase of an Unlimited Windows Hosting package. The yearly renewals will be charged at the regular price of $1.84 itself.

    It means in Mega Bargain, Windows Hosting will be costlier by 15 cents. as we need to purchase @1.99 while later on we can get it for $1.84 at Regular Price.

    I have never heard of this kind of Bargain antwhere.

    Just to clarify, the discount is on the Purchase Price which is currently $2.49. The Renewal Price is $1.84. You will never be able to purchase Unlimited Windows Hosting for $1.84. This makes it a discount of $0.50 on purchase of a Windows Hosting Package.
