Great news. Providing resellers to sell only Linux hosting plans will increase your sales 1000 times IMO.

Hi RC,
I’m a RC reseller. I still strongly believe that customers needs to have options and will have to choose upon their needs. So, I would having plans starting from basic hosting to more advanced ( unlimited ) package.
What you guys think?

Hi Kaja,
Thanks for the opinion. But its just that with unlimited parameters you can now target all customer segments with equal ease. If you refer to our previous Email Hosting Blog article, you can gain better insight into profit-making potential . Moreover, giving the customer the option of choosing a plan might work for some Customers only if they know exactly what they need. From our experience, we’ve noticed that giving end customers the option of choosing from different plans very often ends up confusing them.
We have, thus, decided on this single unlimited plan and have kept the price low so you can promote it among all kinds of customers with equal potential.
Regards,
Andrew

What if one customer ends taking up Terabytes and Terabytes of traffic? Will you cancel the contract then?
June 17th, 2009 at 6:11 pm
I think you should provide CPanel or Plesk with this Package + Unlimited Domains Addon Function. We can transfer 400+ Customers on First Day of its Launch.

I’m a reseller. I need the following questions answer.
Will I be able to offer my customers different plans.
Say Basic, Standand and Premier, each having different features that I can set or will I now just offer one plan to all my customers. If I the reseller can’t scale the packages that’s i’m offering under this new umlimited plan, how do i justify charge different prices for different ‘plan’.
June 18th, 2009 at 2:22 am
That is for the lowest tier? Will the prices be better for good sellers?
June 18th, 2009 at 11:04 am
@PeaceNic: We have cPanel integration in the pipeline and its impact analysis is currently underway. We’ve also been thinking of implementing hosting for multiple domains. Rest assured, we’ll keep you posted on this front.
@Corey: Making further customized plans from the Unlimited Plan is not possible Corey. However, what you could do is price your plan nominally and try focusing on volumes for a bit.
@Peter: We’ve done away with the Slab-based structure for Hosting. Irrespective of Total Receipts, our Hosting product is now available at a flat rate for all Resellers.

Hello,
My country is Algeria, i have probleme with langage :
In Algeria we use French instead english, i have translated a lot of things in supersite but webmail is in english and i can’t translate it

Having used your hosting control panel, I can say it’s certainly not the best one around. It’s a bit annoying and difficult to deal with, given what the other panels have to offer.
All I look for is Secure hosting with min. downtime & a good control panel. All my hosting will be jumping to ResellerClub.
Also, what will be your policy regarding excess usage, CPU and resource usage etc? Because the term UNLIMITED is used in a very dishonest way by the other Web Hosts out there. I don’t want to make hollow commitments to any customers and wish to clarify this matter first.
Thank You.

Really hoping that ResellerClub will come up with CPanel Hosting. Now that’s what will take the hosting market by storm.
cheers

Hi,
I am a reseller with you and i appreciate resellerclub’s effort to provide reseller with attractive features in all packages.
What i am looking for is unlimited domain hosting on a unlimited hosting package wherein i could create packages as per my need.
I should be able to create slabs with different features and sell to differnt customers as per there need.

Hey,
Our Hosting Product is undergoing a revamp on a step-by-step basis. This helps us estimate market demand as well as gauge the sales potential involved.
To answer the one question that seems to be on everyones mind: As mentioned previously, CPanel integration is next on cards and Multiple Domain Hosting will eventually join in. As of now, ’stay tuned’ is all we will say

Hello again Amrut,
About our Control Panels, we have a consolidated management console that allows for the management of your Sales, Marketing, Finance and Billing functions as well as your Sub-Resellers and Customers from a centralized location. This does away with the need to log into multiple interfaces to manage different aspects of your business. Although, this may look intimidating to first time users, it makes life easier in the long run. Then again, as i state tirelessly
, CPanel integration is on its way.
Addressing your next concern: When we say unlimited, we mean to provide you with enough resources to effectively compete in the industry with similar product providers out there. Your server management, deployment and infrastructure concerns will be handled by us effectively, we assure you that.
There obviously exist certain soft limits to CPU resource usage. If a heavy load is created on our servers by a particular website, a warning will be sent out for the same and such other matters will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Hey Steven,
As mentioned before, we’ve done away with the Slab-based structure for Hosting to give way to this single plan at a flat, competitive rate. Irrespective of Total Receipts, our Hosting product is now available to all Resellers for the same price.

Great Plan!!
But CPanel integration is important than Multiple Domain Hosting.
July 21st, 2009 at 11:01 am
Hey KomalSelva,
We seem to agree about their importance, but we believe in giving both equal impetus. Thus, both Multiple-Domain Hosting and CPanel integration are in the pipelin, soon to come your way in the near future.

Kenzo,
These will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis. We will, of course, be monitoring the usage of space.

Your unlimited web hosting product is really good. Thanks to launch this product.
August 30th, 2009 at 8:07 pm
@ andrew.a
It’s good to hear about CPanel, thank you very much.
I’m aware that “UNLIMITED” hosting is subject to fair use.
But no matter what, it still is a hollow promise, and is open to anyone’s interpretation.
There are other limits like Max. File Size, too.
It’s like a car’s fuel meter. You would rather know when the fuel tank gets empty, than have a very large tank and not know when the car could stop.
Thanks !!!
