Good to hear! As a reseller of resellerclub, this is incredible news. We’ve had occasional complaints of spam from various domains, and this will really help us all.

What is the liability of the reseller in case one of its customer resorts to any of the above activity ?

In such a case, the Reseller has no legal liability but if we do find that a particular Reseller has excessive spam complaints against its Customers, we will investigate the same and deal with it accordingly.
