We have recently activated Live Chat Support for our Resellers. With the integration of this click-to-talk module you are guaranteed robust proactive support which results in a faster and more effective resolution process. The Chat support enables you to get in touch with the Support team online and resolve queries in real time. Our Support expertise encompasses Domain & Hosting Support, Billing queries and Support on every other ResellerClub Product and Service; enabling issue reporting to be a complete hassle free process. 

To access the Support Chat interface, click on the support button at the bottom of the Contact Support tab at http://resellerclub.com/support/.

    Hi Bento,

    Since Live Chat Support is intended for only existing Resellers, you can now access the Chat Support interface by logging into the Support interface here https://support.resellerclub.com/support/login.jsp. Alternatively you can access the Chat Support interface through your Reseller Control Panel at Help>Request Support.

    Live chat support is an amazing concept for online businesses, click-to-talk module is nice but I have seen live chat support without clicking the button, as soon as you open web page the pop chat box appears.
