Market your Promotions, and communicate your business features to Customers where it matters the most. From within your Control Panel, you can Custom Build HTML Announcements that your Customers would see when they login to their Control Panel. To do this, go to Customers –> Announcements. You can also add Announcements for your Sub-Resellers by going to Sub-Resellers –> Announcements
Having an Announcement would ensure that every Customer who logs into their Control Panel would see your Custom Built Announcement. You can make great use of this feature, by promoting various aspects of your business regularly. What’s more, with a simple to use interface to add these Announcements, marketing your business cannot get easier.

Directi is one of the best companies you can rely upon for domain registration/hosting/ALL services.

Your Pricing structure needs to be reworked. Those of us at the top tier are not rewarded for investing so much money. The $7.49 for dot coms need to be at the $1000 range not the $499.
In addition, give you resellers a forum to speak. Even if there is a lot of complaining… there is a lot of sharing as well.

I completely agree with A. Shama. We need to have a forum for us to share. Also the basic slab should be higher.
