Super start to the SuperSite!

Starting a new web site or sprucing up one for your Reseller Business is a daunting task. That empty screen of your Domain just sits there and dares you to be creative…Back then, many of our friends were offering a simple template based website for you to kick start your business…but then, we wanted to revolutionize this feature and take it to another level altogether!
That was the time, we thought of SuperSite! A fully customizable, completely brandable, packed with an intelligent shopping cart and err…. anyways, something which gives a ‘WOW’ effect. Now, the SuperSite has become one of the most sought after FREE websites over the Internet. It has given birth to an all new kind of Reseller business model, the ‘Plug n Play’ Reseller business…Starting a Reseller business with such a professional website had never been so simple before!
Anyways, this is just the start… we will be introducing more and more features of the SuperSite through this blog. The next in line is the Theme engine… So, stay tuned!!

These super site’s features is just a awesome feature for reseller club reseller’s but the main problem in this is integration/ customising it. I tried to run a super site on another domain name i have so i can first test out all its features but its a lot confusing, may be you have a option where in all the supersite pages get downloaded to the clients server where they can customise it.

Hi Amit,
Thank you for your appreciation. The reason why we do not allow the SuperSite to be downloaded is that once the SuperSite is downloaded, it will include integration with our system via the API. And any new feature or product added will have to be integrated by the reseller which completely defeats the whole purpose of having a readymade hassle free website from your provider.
Also, we cater to a larger audience and aim at offering solutions to people who might not even have elementary knowledge of the industry. These people might download the SuperSite and try to edit it, but then in most probability end up with a certain issue. Furthermore, with us not offering assistance on a remote server, we would not want to leave our Reseller in an issue with his website without our assistance.
We understand that some resellers might be adept enough to make the changes they need and then sustain it too. But then, we also have a complete advanced section in the admin area, where the complete HTML and CSS are exposed enabling you to put your hands on practically every aspect of the SuperSite. We do understand that at times customizing the SuperSite can be a handful. Rest assured we are working at full throttle towards simplifying this process through all-new video demos which will guide you step-by-step through the customization of each and every aspect of the SuperSite. Moreover, we will also be launching a number of readymade SuperSite themes very soon. In the meanwhile, I suggest, you go through our comprehensive knowledgebase on SuperSite customization, which should help in clearing some of the confusion.
